The flow meters mod. 20F and 50F are instantaneous flow meters, made entirely of plexiglass, suitable for low flow values ​​and for various types of gas.
Equipped with a hot-calibrated measuring tube inside the plexiglass structure, they offer high precision across the entire graduated scale.
They are designed for panel fixing and can be equipped with an inlet fine adjustment tap.
The possibility of direct assembly on self-produced differential reducers allows the flow rate supplied to be kept constant as the downstream back pressure varies.

The ASM flowmeter is an instantaneous flow meter suitable for all types of gas or mixture, with pressures varying from 0 to 10 bar relative. The ASM-CR version is equipped with an integrated micrometric fine adjustment tap and horizontal process connections (version without tap with vertical connections). Made with a hot-calibrated borosilicate glass measuring tube and plexiglass screens for protection and visibility of the scale, it offers extremely high precision. It can be mounted on a panel or on a home-made reducer, or equipped with a plexiglass support for versions with horizontal connections. Calibration certification is available upon request. The CSM model flow meter is an instantaneous flow meter suitable for flow values ​​up to 2000 L/h and for any type of gas or mixture, with pressures varying from 0 to 10 relative bar. Available in one or two tube versions, it offers extreme precision thanks to the hot calibrated borosilicate glass tube. Equipped with plexiglass screens for protection and visibility of the ladder, it can be adapted to the different flow needs of the systems thanks to the possibility of inserting pipes of different diameters in the same case. The model flowmeterESM/Rit is an instantaneous flow meter suitable for any flow rate value, all types of gas, mixture and liquids

This instrument can be equipped with a micrometric valve, at the inlet or outlet, which allows extremely accurate regulation of the flow. Easy to install thanks to the possibility of mounting both rear and vertical connections.

The tube is made of borosilicate glass, heat calibrated, precisely calibrated and has a graduated scale engraved directly on it. It is protected by an anodized aluminum structure and two plexiglass screens which, in addition to guaranteeing protection, leave the scale perfectly readable.

The instrument can also be set up for panel fixing, to be assembled directly on a reducer of our production or equipped with a special support base made of plexiglass.

Given its characteristics of compactness and extreme robustness, this instrument is particularly suitable for use in industrial and plant engineering fields and offers the possibility of carrying out measurements on a very wide range of flow rates, with a particularly favorable quality/price ratio.

Upon request, this instrument can be equipped with a minimum or maximum flow alarm device and can be supplied with a calibration declaration using Accredia certified flow meters.

The system produces hydrogen and oxygen separately using the electrolysis process of demineralised water according to the reaction: 2H2O + electricity > 2H2 + O2.

In this way, a large quantity of practically pure hydrogen and oxygen can be produced from simple demineralised water, equal to a total of approximately 18,000 L/H (it is possible to reach up to 36,000 L/H). the two gases leave the electrolytic cell already separated, are subsequently dried in the appropriate filters and made available for use. This gas production system also ensures advantages that can be very important during production: first of all, a general saving due to the elimination of costs linked to gas supply; in addition, it is avoided having to accumulate various stocks of high pressure explosive gas cylinder packs, which in addition to taking up space must be treated with particular caution: last, but not least, simple water vapor is produced from the combustion of the two gases.

Map - Checkis a practical battery-powered analyzer for the random control of food packaging sealed according to protected modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), specifically designed to perform rapid and precise measurements on the move on the packaging machine, in the factory or in the laboratory.

The tool isreliable, precise, easy to use and easy to handle, thanks to its short response times and the small volume of gas required for measurement.

The large backlit graphic display allows you to view measurements. The software is already integrated with alarms and data loggers which allow traceability, recording of 1000 records and exporting the results obtained from the measurements to Excel.

The rapid control and interception unit is made up of two pressure detection systems located downstream and upstream respectively.
