The flow regulator modelRFit is an instrument composed of a calibrated stem with gradual taper.

The modular gas distribution system is designed for the laser, industrial, chemical and food sectors. Thanks to its exclusive regulation system based on the calculation of forces, it offers excellent fluidity in the opening of the shut-off valve and sensitivity in controlling the gas flow even in the most severe conditions. With reduced wear on moving parts and certifications for food use, it is ideal for applications that require reliability and safety.

The rapid control and interception unit is made up of two pressure detection systems located downstream and upstream respectively. Furthermore, the panel is equipped with two reclamation systems and a line interception system. The system allows rapid interruption of the gas passage by offering two downstream pressure reclamation and detection systems upstream of the shut-off valve.

The system can be integrated with electronic gas control sockets, gas injection, gas withdrawal and purging systems to avoid the closure of the systems in the event of interventions or leaks.
The V94 system is available for all types of gas, in a vertical or horizontal version depending on the system needs.
The installation of this system allows the isolation of only one part of the system in the event of problems, so as to avoid total shutdown of the system and to be able to carry out the necessary checks in total safety.
