Details: Feasibility study, design and adaptation to international standards for the manufacture of inert, combustible and oxidizing gas systems on board the FDS mean. The execution of the plant has been completed at the site located in Singapore with the full and exhaustive approval of the ABS certification body. The manufacture is completed by the purging system with the application of analyzers for high production and an internal system for conveying the purging gas onto the coupler systems.

Details: Study and implementation of systems for the production of high precision gas mixtures. Design and manufacture of decompression systems for high pressure gas cylinders with exchange between the automatic drain and full tanks. Maintenance, calibration and certification of all equipment, in order to ensure the highest degree of control in the welding pipe process.

Implementation: Plants and devices for combustion gases and fuels.

Details: Feasibility study, design and adaptation to international standards for the manufacture of inert, combustible and oxidizing gas systems on board the S7000 mean. The execution of the plant was carried out at the sites located in Singapore with the complete and exhaustive approval of the ABS certification body. The complete implementation of the purging system with the application of our analyzers for important productions and an internal system for conveying the purging gas onto the coupler systems. The plant is completed with a centralized acetylene gas conditioning system and a centralized oxygen system. It is complete with control equipment for flow and flow pressure and with flashback arrestor safety systems.

DetailsFeasibility study and design of gas control equipment and welding cycle equipment. Implementation and installation of all customized equipment: thermal conditioning system designed to stabilize the thermal changes in primary gases; high pressure decompression system designed to optimize gas consumption and cylinder change with savings on gas consumption of over 32% and a reduction in cylinder change times of over 68% in atmospheric conditions from -40°C to + 60°C.

ImplementationGas conditioning systems – adequate for use at -20°C.

Details: Delocalized system for the management of primary gases and the production of ternary mixtures suitable for the construction of infrastructures in CO2 and the manufacture of onshore piping systems. The system has been structured for the decompression of high-pressure gas and for the production of binary and ternary mixtures. In addition, an air-cooling system was implemented for automatic welding systems. The attention and accuracy given to what concerns thermal control allows the production of gas in extremely variable thermal conditions (from + 50°C to -40°C). The systems are different: one is located onshore for double joint production and a series of dedicated devices is installed on self-propelled systems.

The implementation is provided with the purging system and the application of our analyzers for important productions and internal systems for conveying the purging gas to coupler systems. 

China – Yantai

Implementation: Design of plants, gas control systems, ternary mixing systems, environmental safety systems, cutting gas generators, synthetic air production plants. 

Details: Feasibility study, design and adaptation to international standards for the manufacture of systems with inert gases, fuels and oxidizers on board the CastorOne mean. The plant was manufactured in shipyards in Singapore with the complete and exhaustive approval of the ABS certification body. The project extends to environmental and safety control through I and II level sensors, with constant and automatic control of the jacket of combustible and combustive gases.

ImplementationDesign and installation for the Blue Stream project

DetailsFeasibility study and design of gas control equipment and welding cycle equipment. Implementation and installation of all customized equipment: thermal conditioning system designed to stabilize the thermal changes in primary gases; high pressure decompression system designed to optimize gas consumption and cylinder change with savings on gas consumption of over 25% and a reduction in cylinder change times of over 60%. The system guarantees automatic gas supply without interruption in production cycles. Implementation of totally automatic mixing systems for the creation of very high precision Ar-Co2 or Ar-Co2 – He mixtures. These mixing systems allow ad hoc mixtures to be made, thus protecting the customer’s know-how and allowing impossible results and quality to be achieved with pre-mixed cylinder systems. The use of these systems allows significant economic savings, thus ensuring a high-quality level of the work performed. The system aims at complete satisfaction of current market demands. Analysis systems for continuous monitoring of the production cycles of mixing and for the control of primary gases (hygrometers, continuous analyzers, gas chromatographs). 

GAS PIPELINES

BLUE STREAM

Gas pipeline that transports natural gas from Russia to Turkey, via the Black Sea. 

The works began in 1997 and from 2003 the first gas flows. 

NORD STREAM

Gas pipeline transports gas from Russia to Europe across the Baltic Sea. 
Construction began in 2005 and ended in 2012

SOUTH STREAM

Gas pipeline linking Russia and the European Union, excluding some non-EU countries. 

Project abandoned however in 2014

TAP

Trans Atlantic pipeline connects to tanap and the last one connects to SCP.
